Turbo tax sent me an email saying that my refunds are waiting and prompting me to refile. What is going on?

It's possible you received a promo email. Also possible it's a scam mail.

Either way if you have already filed your return, your done, at least for now. Await your Notice of Assessment and refund, if any. 

Respond promptly to any information request incuded in your a Notice.
