Unable to apply my license

I am receiving this message

"Looks like you prepared your taxes with TurboTax Live Assist & Review Deluxe
Unfortunately, you won’t be able to apply your licence to this return since your licence is only applicable for TurboTax Deluxe. Your licence is still valid and you can apply it to another tax return.
"

 

And when I click continue, the system asks me to pay 200$ for each return.

 

I bought the license from Costco: INTUIT TURBOTAX DELUXE ONLINE EDITION 2024 - 8 RETURNS - ENGLISH- ONLINE VERSION

From the information shared, it looks like you have purchased a TurboTax Online license but you are looking to file with TurboTax Assist & Review. The licenses cannot be used inter-changeably. 

 

For reference: https://turbotax.intuit.ca/tax/pricing is where you'll see the pricing information by TurboTax product. Please try filing with TurboTax Online and using the license purchased. Thank you for choosing TurboTax! Based on your question, it sounds like you purchased Turbo Tax Deluxe Online Edition, but selected the Turbo Tax Live Assist Deluxe Edition to complete your taxes. It isn't possible to upgrade a license that was purchased in a retail location. To complete your tax returns, you can either: 

1. Start over, using the Turbo Tax Deluxe Online Edition

2. Pay the fees to complete the returns and request a refund. For more information, please consult How do I get a refund for TurboTax product?
