Unable to do survey by shortcut or paste and go and unable to advise by email

I am unaware of what survey shortcut you are referring to or what was the email generated from? Can you specify? Is there a specific TurboTax product you are referring to?

The TurboTax Help Team <noreply@qemailserver.com> Intuit support generated. It had a shortcut to the Survey and a cut and paste if that didn't work.

I had a very helpful telephone conversation with a young lady and want to show my appreciation but the survey she sent me disappeared before I could complete it. How can I get it back?

There’s no way of re-sending the survey, but you can send your comments to us via social media, and we will forward them to the right person.
