When I attempted to Netfile Jaqueline Macdonald's income tax return, Netfile was unable to send this tax return through because the CRA site was shutdown.

All I want to do is Netfile my mother-in-law's tax return. If the CRA site had not been shut down I wouldn't be wasting my time going through this convoluted process.  BTW, I think Turbo Tax is great and will recommend it to my friends as well.  - Barry Potter
