When I clicked on "How do I know if these apply to me?" under "Please tell us what kind of work" I got "HTTP Status 400 Bad Request" what does this mean?

How do I know if these apply to me?

You will know that these items apply to you if you received documents from your employer, bank, etc. for completing your tax return. Federal slips are called T-slips. Québec provincial slips are called relevés.

For all items that start with T or relevé, you should have a slip for this tax year. For example, if you are employed in Québec you will receive a T4 slip and a Relevé 1 from your employer.
