When I try to file a new tax and I want to file a tax for 2021 but it is asking me questions about 2019?

When I try to file a new tax and I want to file a tax for 2021 but it is asking me questions about 2019?
It is asking me "Did any oof these apply to you and your spouse/Partner in 2019?
