When trying to file my claim I receive a warning to review eligibility about the CARE benefit. I answered "yes" then "no" to the two questions, but still can't file. Why?

You will make sure that you are eligible for this credit, and if you feel that everything is answered correctly, Please go back to the beginning of the "Review" section and continue to see if it is still giving you a warning.
