    When will my Turbotax software be mailed to me. I have it prepaid but never saw anything yet in the mail

    When will my Turbotax software be mailed to me. I have it prepaid but never saw anything yet in the mail

    Unfortunately, our TurboTax Advantage program has been discontinued for tax year 2020. You won’t be sent anything by mail and you won’t be billed for anything either.
