When you are using the Forms method
in TurboTax CD/download, some parts of the forms can be edited directed, while
others require you to enter the information on different form, worksheet or
screen. Usually you can double click on a field to go to where the amounts need
to be entered, or you can use the Forms button to look up T-slips & receipts
etc....
I wasn't even entering values on forms yet. All I was able to enter was the name. It wouldn't let me go further such as the address even. I've used Turbotax for yrs and never had this issue.
