Why after entering all tax information I cannot enter activation code from inside card of my turbo tax package purchased at Costco?

Did you already activate your purchase by going to TurboTax.ca/activate? When you do you will be able to enter your activation code. You can also try entering your code in the coupon area on the payment page.
