Why cant i file, it says to come back and I have but still unable to file

Thank you for reaching out to us here at TurboTax Canada.

The CRA Netfile service is now open (starting at 6 AM Eastern time on February 20th).  All of the TurboTax products have been certified by the CRA for Netfiling for the 2016 Tax Year. 

From the screen where you are seeing this message, please try selecting "Back" and then "Next" in TurboTax.  THis should resolve the issue.

Please try this and don't hesitate to reach out if you run into any issues during filing or if the suggestion does not resolve the issue for you.

Tells me I can't netfile cause it needs an update

Today, February 22, 2021, was the first day NETFILE from the Canada Revenue Agency was available. Please sign in and try again. All updates have been completed.
