Why does the premier online turbo not come with multiple returns? Does this mean I have to go back to the download edition

I have 5 returns and only 1 requires the premier edition because of a certain t slip   Going back to the download seems redundant.  The online version now makes you pay for each return

Yes, with TurboTax Online, you pay per return, unless you have bought a multi-return package. These are available from 3rd party retailers like Costco and Amazon.
