Why is RC210 amount not transferring to line 41500 of tax return when filing using turbo tax online

Are you preparing a return with a spouse? Was it accidentally entered on their return instead?

The advance payment recieved shows on CWB summary but not on any line of tax return

You should see the amount in schedule 6, go to step 4. This is where you will see the amount from the RC210.
