WTF kind of question is this? Can anyone explain this question?? This product is terrible! I paid money for this?!?!

At the Warnings and Errors screen, and I can't get past this:

"Do you have no income to report on lines 10100 through 15000? (Lines 10100 through 15000 include income from all sources. If your income was zero, answer 'Yes'. If you reported any income, answer 'No'  Note: Answer Yes if you reported income, even if income-related expenses have reduced your net income to zero. For example, if you are self-employed, your business-related expenses could be more than your business income"

So I DO have income on those lines.. (as this program should be smart enough to realize).  First it says if I reported any income answer NO.. ok.. then next line.. "Answer Yes if you reported income"  WTF???  Do I answer YES or NO?  If I answer NO, it still gives an error..  if I answer YES, I'm lying.

I thought this program was supposed to make taxes easy.. not harder!

I have the same problem. Seems to be a bug in the program. This question is a NetFile screening question that us usually used as a confirmation that an individual has NO income. However, there is the option to print and file your return (but this will take significantly longer for your return to be processed under current circumstances). I'm electing to not file right now with the hopes that they fix the bug before the filing deadline.
