Yes. If it’s your first time filing, you will need to mail in your return.

To print out the CRA copy of your return to file by mail, follow the steps below on how to NETFILE, but on the “Filing your return(s)” page, click on the “Print & Mail Your Returns” button instead. https://turbotax.community.intuit.ca/replies/3210262
