My Office is in New York, my income was taxed in both NY and Connecticut where I live , i re- did the state returns in the order recommended, but I still can not get the credit to my non-resident New York Return. I have a refund in Connecticut and Owe in New York. They should offset each other. ? Is there any other way to do this?
