Please send a diagnostic file that has your input  but not your personal information so we can evaluate.

Using TurboTax Online:

1. Sign into your TurboTax Online account
2. Scroll down to Tax Tools from the menu on the left side . 
3. Select Tools from the drop-down 
4. On the pop-up screen, select Share my file with agent
5. A message that a diagnostic file gets sanitized and transmitted to us appears
6.  Reply to this thread with your Token number. This will allow us to open a copy of your return without seeing any personal information.  

Using TurboTax Desktop/Download Versions:

1. Open your return.
2. Select the Online tab in the black bar at the top of TurboTax and select Send Tax File to Agent
3. This will generate a message that a diagnostic copy will be created.  Click on OK and the tax file will be sanitized and transmitted to us.
4. Reply to this thread with your Token number. This will allow us to open a copy of your return without seeing any personal information.
