Called the help line still not solved.

Would you be able to give more details? What kind of problem you are facing?

Its starting the download to my computer then stalling at about 50kb into the 1.8MB download.  Tried to stop the load and re-start but it does the same thing.

Are you trying to print "Print and mail" copy or Archive copy?
