TurboTax Online requires you to
pay for your return before you can attempt to file, so if you got as far as the
section where it allows you to pay your taxes owing, then you have paid for
TurboTax.
If you have a confirmation number
from the CRA, then the return was sent to them. Here is how to find your

The credit card payment system
for paying your taxes is a third party company used by the CRA. You would
either have to contact them for further assistance or contact the CRA directly.
