When can we refile 2017 returns? The community answer says summer and it is now late July?

Other software programs say they can do a refile through the program. Turbotax site says it is coming in summer. Is it or is it not?

You can only amend your return once you receive your notice of assessment

So unlike other electronic submission programs Turbotax doesn't support refile by the CRA?
