Because you used the online version of the software while doing it on your cell phone, you will not be able to access it through your desktop version because that is directly downloaded to your computer. You have 2 options;
- You can continue using the online version by logging in online, on your desktop computer, by clicking on this link to access your account by using the sign in button at the top right-hand corner: https://turbotax.intuit.ca/tax-software/index.jsp
- Or you can start a new return on your downloaded version.
