Switched PCs so need to install Tubro Tax 2017 again. First step of install,says 'installing .net framework 4.5.2. Installation starts. the green progress bar moves a bit. Then it sits there. 45 minutes later, I finally 'canceled' the install using the 'cancel' button. Installation still sat there. Finally I had to use task manager to terminate.
How can I speak to someone. Can't find a number.
Try installing .NET Framework 4.5.2 independently from microsoft website: https://www.microsoft.com/en-in/download/details.aspx?id=42642. Once you are able to install then try installing TurboTax.
