Hello,
To say I am desperate to unlock my TurboTax is an understatement. I have the CD and it asks for my password to resume my tax return. I don't recall entering a password, but have tried many alternatives, none with any success.
I have followed Intuit's instructions to Remove a Password by selecting "File menu, select Set Password." But the "Select Password" is greyed out.
I have received new codes from intuit, but those don't work either. What to do? All suggestions welcomed.
