I bought the CD, but started filling out the forms online. Then, I realized the CD code doesn't work on the online version. Should I start all over with the CD now?

If you would prefer to use the CD/Download version, you would have to start over as there is no way to export the data from the Online version. You can download it here if you need it: https://turbotax.community.intuit.ca/replies/3001486
