I downloaded standard 2018 setup launcher file and I see it in downloads, but cannot seem to run it. I have a CD but no CD drive, so want to install it.

Getting started
Make sure that there is no security software on your computer that is blocking the installation. You can also try to Right click on the downloaded file and select “Run As Administrator” – it will ask for the admin password for your computer.
