I re-opened it after 4 successful returns and it prompted - "TurboTax has encountered a corrupt or incompatible resource file. You must reinstall TurboTax."

I re-opened it after 4 successful returns and it prompted - "TurboTax has encountered a corrupt or incompatible resource file. You must reinstall TurboTax."
I tried to re-install but it installation wouldn't go through.
