Do I need to purchase the standard turbo tax if i have both T4 and Releve 1 or can I just use the basic turbo tax?

You can use any version of TurboTax 2018. They all support Québec forms if you live in Quebec. If you don’t, then here is how to enter a Relevé 1 (RL-1) when you don’t live in Québec: https://turbotax.community.intuit.ca/replies/3231089
