Wheres the refile option for 2018 TurboTax online? In "View all Tax Returns" I don't see a ReFILE button. Under "Access your filed tax returns" all I see is a PDF to view

I was told ReFILE is now available for 2018. I don't see it and don't know how to access it.

I already filed and received my refund but need to make changes to my return. In "View all Tax Returns" I don't see a ReFILE button. Under "Access your filed tax returns" all I see is a PDF to view my already filed returns.
