I completed my parents 2016 income tax returns. How do I access those returns as I need some of the information for another agency?

If you used TurboTax Online in 2016, you can login to the 2016 servers here: https://ww1.2016.turbotaxonline.intuit.ca/

If you used TurboTax CD/Download in 2016, then the files were saved to your own computer and we don’t have copies of it. Here is some information that may help you find your files: https://turbotax.community.intuit.ca/replies/3285180
