I was refusednetfile as said i am or have applied for bankruptcy according to CRA. i called CRA and that is not on my account however i cant netfile. what do I do

You may have mistakenly answered "yes" to the question "Did you declare bankruptcy in 2018 or 2019, or are you in bankruptcy status according the CRA" in your TurboTax CD/Download version.

If you click on Introduction > Contact Info > and scroll down a bit, you can change that answer to "No" as shown in the screenshot.
