I want to switch from online to CD version of TurboTax. I have already started online. I want to download a .tax but can't find "Tools / Tax tools" many. Where is it ?

You can’t save anything from TurboTax Online except for PDF files of your returns. Transferring from TurboTax Online to TurboTax CD/Download is not possible. https://turbotax.community.intuit.ca/replies/2647740

FYI: .tax files were only used to NETFILE returns to the CRA, and they are no longer used as the CRA has changed their system.
