Why did Turbo Tax wants me to buy additional return. I only net file 5 in one computer. Three are just a duplicate because my computer crashed.

I did 8 returns in one computer but 3 of them are not net filed yet. Then my computer crashed. I downloaded the installation key code to another computer. I redo 3 which I did not send to CRA yet but already saved to PDF. Turbo tax said I need to buy additional returns.
