Why am i getting charged for both primary and premium plans? All I need is the primary.

I signed up for the Turbo tax Primary plan for 19.99 and am getting charged for both the Primary and the Primary Premium pack for an additional 49.99? All I have to submit are two pension income slips. Cheaper to go to an accountant.
