Turboxtax T4A shows two 048 boxes (business and professional fees), but my T4A only has one 048 box (fees for services). Where do I list the amount that appears on my T4A

It depends on the nature of the fees that you received. One box is for business fees and the other box 48 is for professional fees and so you would need to enter the amount on the box based on your situation. Please note that you cannot enter the fees on both boxes in the same slip.
