CRA not accepting my attempt to file my 2018 income tax return using NETFILE

Tried today to file my 2018 income tax return via NETFILE and got message back it is not accepted.  Maybe my Turbotax software needs updating.

Getting started

It was because for some reason my Turbotax did not pick up my middle intial so return did not match CRA files.  Secondly the box stating I had previously submited a tax return to CRA change to i had not.
