I did a 2017 return in Apr 2018 and it did not save. Is there a date that the returns have to be completed by?

I did two 2017 returns in Apr 2018. They did not save. Why??

The income tax return is due by April 30th but that would not cause the return to not save. I'm sorry for the inconvenience. Please contact our customer support using the following FAQ.
