Solved my own problem. Google is my friend. At the time of writing, this applies to 2010-2018. I would guess the same rolling window will apply in the future - 2019 will get added, 2010 will get dropped.
Doing an uninstall, downloading a fresh installer, and re-installing, did not resolve the problem. The installers are not the most recent (or updated) edition of the software. The installers can be downloaded here - you will need your original License Key (Activation Code).
After an installation and an activation, you need to do a software update. Trying to update from within the program will fail, and you will get error TT810. Googling that error code, and following a link, will get you to the page where the software updater can be downloaded:
