You may be encountering this issue if you have attempted to use the CRA AutoFill service, or are trying to complete your 2019 tax return using the 2018 Free version of TurboTax. 


We suggest you sign in to your TurboTax Online account, ensure you are using the correct year, and start a new FREE return.
