Download Problem

I purchased an upgrade from Deluxe to Business. When I select "View Download" I get the product i ordered listed but no blue download button. And, no instructions on how to download except push a button that isn't there. (

Did you mean an upgrade to Home and Business?   The Business Edition is for corporate returns, partnerships, multimember LLC, etc.  The personal product is called Home and Business.

 

If you are upgrading from Deluxe to Home and Business that's normally done from inside the software, so it's not clear what all you are doing.   But in any case, are you downloading here:

If you don't have the blue download button, see if using a different browser will resolve it.
