You can, but you won't be able to see any TurboTax Online returns in the CD/Download product, or vice versa.

You also can’t transfer current year returns between the two, or transfer a 2018 TurboTax Online return into a 2019 CD/Download return.

I tried to download a copy of Turbo Tax Standard 2019, charged twice but errors occur during download. Tried multiple timers. I have installation key code for both. What do I do now?  

How do I download? I've tried multiple times. It doesn't work. 

TurboTax download edition will have an IKC of 21 numbers whereas TurboTax Online will only have 11.  Please note that TurboTax CD/download edition is not compatible with MAC computers. 

If you have your IKC number- you can click on here and scroll down until you see the picture of the box that shows the TurboTax product you purchased and click on it to download your 2019 software.
