Last year we used Turbotax online. This year my husband bought the CD. I cannot get the 2018 returns to download. How do I do this?

Unfortunately, transfer from TurboTax online editions to TurboTax CD/Download editions is not supported.

You will need to start fresh and next year if you use CD/Download it will transfer your information for you.

Getting started
