TurboTax download edition will have an IKC of 21 numbers whereas TurboTax Online will only have 11. Please note that TurboTax CD/download edition is not compatible with MAC computers.
If you have your IKC number- you can click on here and scroll down until you see the picture of the box that shows the TurboTax product you purchased and click on it to download your 2019 software.
