How do I change my return to FREE? I have a very simple return. I have completed my return for 2020 but have not paid and it automatically goes to the $19.99 fee.

I also am having this issue, except when I go to review it and submit my tax return, it asks me to pay 69.99$! I want to change it back to free, but I don't have Facebook or Twitter and there's NO WHERE on this website for contact via email!! Help??
