To update your email on TurboTax online account, please follow the instruction:
- Sign in to your TurboTax account, and make sure you click continue under your tax return.
- Scroll down until, and on the left side of your screen, you will find an option “Account settings”. Please press the button.
- The system will show you your account information.
- On the second box, you will find your email address. Please press edit.
- Replace your email address with the new one.
- Confirm your new email
- Enter your password, by using your current password.
- Once you finish these steps press “Save”
The system will automatically update the information.
