You can use the CD or download version of TurboTax that you install on your desktop. You can do the previous year online.
- Go to the TurboTax site
- CD/Download Product
- Previous Years Taxes
- Chose the product that you need
- Select your Operating System
- Continue to purchase and download and install 2019 TurboTax
