As you are using TurboTax Online, each return would be separate, so you can do all the returns in one account, but be aware that returns and information can’t be transferred between accounts. You can make as many returns as you would like in the same account. However, you will only be able to NETFILE a maximum of 20, as per the CRA limit https://turbotax.intuit.ca/tax-resources/netfile.jsp
