Ive already signed into my account and am starting a new 2022 return. When i try to do a file transfer it keep looping and wont transfer data. Its the same login info
when it brings me to the screen that says Hello again! and I select sign into account to file transfer (rather than skip file transfer) it loops me back to the same sign in and same screen and wont import last years information
