Window that says previous years tax returns does not have open option. Can’t get my copy of 2022 tax return that was saved by turbo tax online filling.

Form is not locked, the 2022 tax return option is not showing up at all.

I am trying to bring up previous years taxes, and I am unable to find them let along bring them up to print them.
