I have only a post office mailing address which has been on my last two years returns but now not accepted and I cannot get past the contact info page. What can I do?

I apologize, but we have known issue with Post Boxes in TurboTax Online. We are working to resolve the problem in a future update, but until then, please use this work around:

Delete everything in the PO Box field and then type it back in as one word: PO94
