Lost files stored on laptop that contained 2016 Turbotax files. Still have the 2016 CD. Is there anyway to reload the CD and retreive some of the 2016 data?
Sadly, if the both the .tt16 and
the .ttbk files are gone, there is no way to retrieve the data. There are
companies that offer data recovery services – they may be able to help.
